Alexander Entaltsev & Leon Langer
The Management Department represents the student council internally and externally, coordinates the work of all departments, and maintains communication with other councils, study offices, and academic chairs. We ensure structured, transparent, and efficient organizational processes.

Ivan Derkac & Tim Luley
The IT Department maintains and develops the technical infrastructure of the student council. Its responsibilities include managing the website as well as designing and implementing new digital solutions to meet the technological needs of students.

Daniela Voss & Fernanda Zaninetti
The Public Relations Department oversees the external communication of the student council. This includes designing and managing merchandise, maintaining the website and Instagram account, and producing the “Klopapier,” our information sheet displayed in the restroom areas.

Ella Entenmann & Marie Mieschala
The Events Department is responsible for planning and organizing the student council’s major activities, including parties, game nights, social gatherings, and the annual weekend retreat. Our duties include event design, volunteer coordination, financial planning, and all logistical operations from procurement to teardown.

Jan Sindel & Amelia Cavedoni
The First Semester Department supports new students during their transition into university life and serves as the primary point of contact for organizational and academic questions. We plan and coordinate initiatives such as the Mach’s Mit Days (MMT), MSEating, the tutor program, and introductory sessions to ensure a well-integrated and successful start to the degree program.

Jonas Zimmermann & Sören Ulshöfer
The Higher Education Policy Department prepares the work of university political committees and represents student interests within institutional decision-making bodies. This includes participation in the Student Council (FSR), the Tuition Fee Commission, the Quality Assurance Committee, and the School Council. We also provide information on university policy, foster student participation, and support the organization of university elections.

Jasmin Scheibel & David Zell
The Cooperation Department cultivates and maintains partnerships with external organizations, companies, and institutions. We coordinate collaborations for events, manage sponsorship arrangements, and provide students with additional academic and professional opportunities through seminars, company visits, and excursions.

Erik Weber & Daniel Ritter
The Script Department coordinates the printing and distribution of teaching materials, maintains close contact with lecturers and departments, and manages pricing and deadlines with the FSMB print service. We also oversee the online shop and the in-person distribution of materials.

Helen Hoffmann & Linus Berg
The Finance Department manages all financial operations of the student council, including budget planning, accounting, cash management, tax processing, and the handling of financial applications and invoices. Through transparent and reliable procedures, we ensure the long-term financial stability of the organization.

Thomas Spitzner & Marlon Müller
The Quantum Department focuses on enhancing the study environment. We design and manage the Quantum student lounge, overseeing projects such as coffee services, campus maps, technical upgrades (e.g., information screens, card readers), and the administration of lockers and rental equipment. We also coordinate with campus staff to manage external events and ensure everything runs smoothly.
